Assistant Manager

An established restaurant group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support leadership teams within a high-volume, guest-focused operation. This role is designed for hospitality professionals who enjoy being actively involved in day-to-day operations, developing team members, and building the skills necessary to advance into senior leadership positions.

This is not a desk job. Successful candidates will be visible on the floor, engaged with guests, supporting kitchen operations, and helping drive results alongside the management team.

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift management
• Support front-of-house and kitchen teams during service
• Help train, coach, and develop hourly employees
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
• Handle guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Contribute to achieving sales, labor, and operational goals
• Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

What We Are Looking For

• Restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be actively involved in operations
• Back-of-house experience is highly valued
• Ability to lead by example and earn the respect of the team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
