Job Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for managing a high-volume kitchen line. Key responsibilities include:
- Inventory control and management
- Minimizing food waste
- Training and developing kitchen staff
- Ensuring proper equipment sanitation and maintenance
- Communicating effectively to delegate tasks and uphold the strictest standards and procedures

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated passion for creating high-quality, fresh food from scratch.
- Proven skills in problem-solving and effective decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling, and Sanitation procedures.
- Pastry/Baking experience is a significant plus.
