Service Manager - Casual Dining

We're a restaurant known for a relentless commitment to hospitality, and we're looking for a Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help shape the guest experience every single day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the floor as much as the spreadsheet, and who wants real ownership over how a restaurant runs.
What You'll Do
• Own the guest experience from open to close, setting the standard for service and stepping in wherever the floor needs you.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a front-of-house team, giving daily direction so every shift runs smoothly.
• Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and our culture, building a bench of future leaders.
• Take part in location leadership meetings, bringing ideas and insights that help the business keep improving.
• Use scheduling, performance, and POS tools to manage your team, hold people accountable, and follow through.
• Share accountability for the unit's financial performance, including managing front-of-house labor, COGS, and inventory, and finding ways to grow revenue.
• Run events from start to finish, and collaborate closely with kitchen leadership to keep operations seamless.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of proven success managing a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or hospitality concept.
• A track record of hitting revenue and profitability goals, with a real handle on P&L, labor, and cost control.
• Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, and the ability to keep a team motivated during a busy rush.
• Comfort analyzing data and making fast, smart calls when things get unpredictable.
• Working knowledge of POS and scheduling systems, plus genuine attention to food and beverage quality and service.
• A flexible schedule. We're open seven days a week across multiple day parts, and evenings and weekends are part of the job.
The Details
• Salary: $65,000 per year
• Full-time, typically 45-50 hours per week
• This is an active, on-your-feet role: expect long shifts, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and time spent in both front-of-house and back-of-house spaces.
