What You'll Do
- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining the standards of food quality and consistency that define the guest experience
- Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen team members — setting clear expectations and creating a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Manage inventory and food ordering processes to keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and operating efficiently with minimal waste
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards across all stations, ensuring full compliance with health regulations at all times
- Plan and execute catering events and banquet services with precision — from prep through plating
- Contribute to ongoing menu development and seasonal planning, bringing creativity and culinary expertise to every conversation
- Oversee shift operations including scheduling, performance monitoring, and in-the-moment problem-solving to keep service flowing smoothly
What You Bring
- Solid experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
- A strong culinary foundation with deep knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and quality control
- Hands-on experience with banquet service, catering, and event coordination
- Working knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and dietary requirements
- The ability to lead with confidence and communicate clearly in a fast-paced kitchen
- Familiarity with kitchen management systems and inventory tools is a plus
- A genuine passion for hospitality and the desire to contribute to something exceptional
