Title of Position: Assistant General Manager 

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will oversee the entire operations of the restaurant. Building a strong team of professionals through recruitment, training, mentoring and development, and must lead their team by example, following policies, procedures and our company’s values. The Assistant General Manager should have strong knowledge of P&L management, financial reporting and analysis. The person in this position must control costs and build profit levels, while staying focused on providing excellent customer service. The right person can communicate efficiently and efficiently with the rest of their management team, in addition to hourly staff members. The Assistant General Manager will embody our company culture and provide a great work environment for all of our team members.

Qualifications: 

· The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant or hospitality management experience of at least 2 years 

· The Assistant General Manager should be open to new ideas and always ready to learn and grow

· Trust, honesty, integrity and passion for customer satisfaction are a requirement for the Assistant General Manager 

· Open availability is a requirement for the Assistant General Manager 

· The Assistant General Manager should be at least 21 years old, and have a reliable mode of transportation
