We're seeking a General Manager to support our location in Panama City, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving results, and stepping in wherever they're needed to ensure operational success.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and operational support across multiple restaurant locations
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing management and hourly teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
• Ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality
• Partner with leadership to achieve company goals and performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary up to $65,000

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Multi-unit or floating management experience is strongly preferred
• Passion for developing and mentoring teams
• Proven ability to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
