The Role

You'll run the day-to-day of a fast-paced, high-energy beverage location — operations, staffing, cost control, and the guest experience all sit with you. Just as important: you'll be the person a young, mostly early-career team looks to for guidance. This is a coaching-heavy role. You're not just managing shifts, you're developing people who are early in their careers and need a manager who leads with patience, structure, and a genuinely positive presence.

What You'll Do

• Run daily operations with a focus on speed, consistency, and cleanliness
• Recruit, train, and mentor a young, energetic team — many of whom are in their first or second job
• Own the P&L: labor, inventory, and cost control
• Set the tone for a positive, respectful team culture
• Handle scheduling, performance conversations, and day-to-day coaching

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $60,000, depending on experience
• Annual bonus potential up to $8,000

Who Does Well Here

• Current or recent GM/Store Manager experience in QSR, fast-casual, or coffee/beverage shops
