Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, controlling costs, and improving operational performance across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant managers.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations and health code compliance.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations within the Wyoming market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Multi Unit Manager in Wyoming, you will:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop unit-level managers and staff to build strong, capable teams at every location.
