About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multi-unit F&B operations across a luxury resort portfolio in the Dominican Republic. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple outlets and properties, ensuring consistent execution of world-class culinary and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct F&B strategy, operations, and P&L performance across multiple resort properties and outlets
• Set and uphold culinary and service standards consistent with globally recognized luxury benchmarks (Forbes Travel Guide, SLH, LHW, AAA Five Diamond, or equivalent)
• Lead, mentor, and develop property-level F&B leadership teams
• Partner with executive chefs, GMs, and ownership on menu development, outlet concepts, and guest experience initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency, quality control, and brand consistency across the portfolio
• Support preopening efforts for new outlets or properties as needed

Qualifications

• Multi-unit F&B leadership experience required, ideally within luxury hospitality
• Experience in Forbes-rated, SLH, LHW, AAA Five Diamond, or comparable luxury properties
• Preopening experience a plus
• Fluent in Spanish
• Polished, guest-focused leadership style with strong culinary and beverage acumen
• Ability to relocate to or work within the Dominican Republic
