Your Role (Setting the Rhythm)

As our Kitchen Manager, you are the heartbeat of the back-of-house. You won't just be managing—you’ll be a mentor, coach, and trendsetter for our kitchen team.

• Lead the Crew: Train, coach, and develop a diverse, energetic kitchen team.
• Own the Menu: Manage a high-quality, fresh menu to ensure every plate looks picture-perfect.
• Quality Control: Run tight line checks and prep planning to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a safe, spotless, and collaborative work environment.
