Restaurant General Manager – Multiple Openings

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus

We are hiring multiple Restaurant General Managers for established, high-volume restaurant locations throughout St. Charles County, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced leaders who know how to build strong teams, run profitable operations, and create an environment where both employees and guests want to return. Our ideal General Manager is a hands-on operator who takes ownership of the business. You should be comfortable managing the entire restaurant operation, developing managers and hourly employees, controlling costs, driving sales, and maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution.

QSR or fast-food management experience is preferred but not required. Successful General Managers from full-service restaurants, fast casual concepts, convenience retail, or other high-volume retail environments are encouraged to apply.

General Manager Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong management and hourly team
• Build a positive, accountable restaurant culture
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and other controllable expenses
• Understand and manage restaurant P&L performance
• Develop managers and future restaurant leaders
• Maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Execute company operational systems and procedures consistently
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and staffing challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance
• Lead from the floor and remain actively involved in restaurant operations

What We Are Looking For

• Previous General Manager, Store Manager, or high-level Assistant Manager experience
• Restaurant management experience strongly preferred
• QSR, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
• High-performing retail Store Managers may also be considered
• Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain employees
• Strong understanding of labor management and cost controls
• Experience managing sales and profitability
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining a positive culture
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, systems-driven organization
• Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
• Full scheduling availability based on the needs of the restaurant
