Front of House Manager

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to join a high-volume, energetic restaurant concept. We need a strong leader who is great with people, understands hospitality, and knows how to keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor and interact with guests
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage scheduling and labor while maintaining proper staffing levels
• Hold the team accountable for service and hospitality standards
• Support bar operations and responsible alcohol service
• Help drive sales and improve the overall guest experience
• Work closely with the GM and kitchen leadership to ensure strong communication between FOH and BOH
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Build a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills
• Comfortable leading a large team in a fast-paced environment
• Bar and alcohol-service experience preferred
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, and restaurant operations
• Proven ability to train and develop employees
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annually + bonus, depending on experience.
