Restaurant General Manager / Training Leader — Spokane, WA

$28–$36/hr | Approx. $58,240–$74,880 annualized (40 hrs/week)

Seeking a proven restaurant or hospitality leader in Spokane, WA to run a high-volume operation and develop managers, trainers, and teams. This General Manager owns guest experience, daily operations, P&L, and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, service standards, quality, and execution
• Train and coach managers and team leaders; build certification and development plans
• Drive guest satisfaction, service recovery, and a hospitality-first culture
• Own labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses; hit financial targets
• Hire, develop, and retain talent; build engagement and accountability
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and company/regulatory compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Restaurant General Manager or high-volume hospitality/retail operations experience
• Strong training, coaching, and leadership-development background
• P&L and KPI fluency; guest-focused, organized, and results-driven
• Experience in Spokane, Spokane Valley, or the Inland Northwest is a plus
