We’re searching for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing, high volume, fast-casual restaurant in Kokomo, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operator who loves developing people, driving results, and creating a workplace where the team genuinely enjoys coming to work.

We’re looking for a GM who leads from the front. Someone who is visible in the restaurant, works alongside the team, holds high standards, and knows how to balance great hospitality with strong business results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee scheduling and staffing
• Develop future leaders and create a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently achieved
• Be a hands-on, visible leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Restaurant General Manager experience in fast casual, QSR, or a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred. The ideal candidate understands the numbers but also knows that great results begin with great people.

We want a leader with energy, accountability, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for developing their team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $63,000–$65,000 Base Salary
• 12% Bonus Opportunity
