A growing Fast Casual Restaurant Group in Lancaster is looking for a proven General Manager to lead one of its high-volume locations.

What You'll Do:

• Own all day-to-day operations - FOH & BOH execution, staffing, service, and financial performance
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of 20-40 team members and shift leaders
• Drive guest satisfaction, speed of service, and food quality
• Control labor, food cost, and inventory while hitting sales goals
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure all health, safety, and brand standards are met

What You Need:

• Current or recent General Manager experience in a restaurant is REQUIRED to be considered
• Fast casual or QSR leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a high-volume operation ($1M+)
• Strong financial acumen and team development skills
• Hands-on, guest-focused, and results-driven mindset
