We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Kitchen Manager to support back-of-house operations by managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and stepping in for the Kitchen Manager when needed

Our restaurant is a local favorite known for its welcoming atmosphere, cold drinks, and hearty pub-style fare.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership: Help hire, train, schedule, and coach kitchen team members.
• Operations Support: Oversee daily food preparation, inventory counts, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with recipe guidelines, portion control, and health and sanitation laws.
• Management Coverage: Lead the kitchen team and maintain smooth workflows in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
