Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in running daily operations, ensuring the café operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service, stepping in to resolve issues and continuously improving the overall guest experience.

Compensation

• Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 per year.
• Candidates earning $70,000 to $85,000 must bring prior General Manager experience.
• Quarterly bonuses are tied to individual café performance.

What We're Looking For

While entry-level candidates will be considered, priority will be given to those with a background in fast food, fast casual, or chain casual dining. Additional requirements include:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Full-time availability (45 hours), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, sit, talk, and hear for extended periods in a fast-paced, loud environment.
