Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience
• Warm, passionate, and committed to the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills

• Strong self-discipline with a consistently professional appearance

Job Responsibilities:

As the FOH Manager (Service/Bar Manager) in Peoria, AZ, you will:

• Engage directly with team members and guests throughout service
• Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure guests are well cared for and every step of service is executed
• Oversee the learning and development of the hourly front-of-house team
• Organize and manage scheduling for front-of-house positions
• Lead team development by interviewing and hiring front-of-house staff to meet staffing goals
• Manage bar inventory and ordering
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer as part of a collaborative team effort
• Partner closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth, consistent operations
