Job

Responsibilities:

As

the Assistant General Manager in Peoria, AZ, you'll:

·      Support

the General Manager across all areas of restaurant operations and step in as

acting GM when needed

·      Lead,

develop, and motivate management and hourly team members to drive excellence

and guest satisfaction

·      Partner

with the Executive Chef to oversee food and beverage operations

·      Uphold

company policies, safety standards, sanitation practices, and compliance

requirements

·      Assist

with forecasting, budgeting, and controlling food, beverage, and labor costs

·      Analyze

financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth

and efficiency

·      Coach,

counsel, and provide performance feedback to managers and team members

·      Take

ownership of ordering produce, seafood, and core food and beverage inventory

·      Conduct

bi-weekly inventory alongside the management team

·      Oversee

scheduling to maintain proper staffing levels while hitting labor goals

·      Lead

recruitment, interviewing, and hiring efforts to build a strong, capable team

·      Maintain

a clean, organized restaurant with high standards for food, beverage, and

service

·      Partner

with the GM on local marketing, community involvement, and guest engagement

initiatives
