• Four years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
• A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to equivariant industry standards
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the team
• The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure
• Strong self-discipline and a professional appearance
• A self-motivated, self-actualized approach to leadership
• The ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the Happy Valley, AZ work location
• The physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods, including lifting up to 35 pounds

Job Responsibilities

As the Assistant General Manager in Happy Valley, AZ, you will:

• Support the General Manager across all areas of restaurant operations and step in as acting GM when needed
• Lead, develop, and motivate management and hourly team members to drive excellence and guest satisfaction
• Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee food and beverage operations
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, sanitation practices, and compliance requirements
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
• Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Coach, counsel, and provide performance feedback to managers and team members
• Take ownership of ordering produce, seafood, and core food and beverage inventory
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory alongside the management team
• Oversee scheduling to maintain proper staffing levels while hitting labor goals
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring efforts to build a strong, capable team
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant with high standards for food, beverage, and service
• Partner with the GM on local marketing, community involvement, and guest engagement initiatives
