Job Qualifications:

• Previous management experience within a casual dining environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and direct kitchen staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of BOH food and labor cost management.
• Commitment to maintaining clean, sanitary kitchen conditions at all times.
• Solid track record of achieving financial results in a high-volume setting.
• A genuine desire to mentor and develop team members.
• Three-plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for a 12-hour shift and lift 25-50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Kitchen Manager in Rapid City, SD, you will:

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen conditions at all times.
• Manage BOH food and labor costs in line with company policy.
• Oversee accounting and administrative duties tied to kitchen operations.
• Support overall restaurant operations, including FOH, when needed.
• Champion friendly, efficient guest service across the entire operation.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a stronger, more capable kitchen team.
