We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced restaurant in the Wichita area.

This is a great opportunity for a restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and running a successful operation. • Base Salary: $50,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Create a positive, energetic work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a consistently great customer experience.
• Maintain proper staffing levels, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with district leadership to achieve business goals and improve performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• Strong Assistant Managers ready to take the next step may also be considered.
• Experience in quick-service, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and P&L management.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality.
