General Manager - Private Restaurant Group - Hellertown, PA

A unique, private restaurant group in Hellertown, PA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their flagship location.

This is not your typical restaurant job. This is a one-of-a-kind destination in Hellertown with beautiful indoor / outdoor dining spaces, a strong bar program with craft cocktails and local brews, and a loyal following that keeps the place buzzing year-round. We do things the right way - scratch kitchen, seasonal menus, great hospitality, and taking care of our people.

We need a GM who gets it - hospitality first, business-minded, and a true leader.

About the General Manager Role:

As the General Manager in our Hellertown, PA location, you will own the entire operation - FOH and BOH. You are the leader of the building, responsible for culture, guest experience, team development, and financial performance.

Responsibilities for the General Manager:

• Own and lead all FOH operations - set the standard for service and execution
• Build, lead, and inspire the entire team - hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing managers and staff
• Drive exceptional guest service and ensure every visit is memorable - indoor and outdoor dining
• Full P&L ownership - control labor, COGS, inventory, and drive profitability without sacrificing quality
• Lead our strong bar program - cocktails, wine, beer - and ensure consistent, high-level execution
• Oversee daily operations, floor management during high-volume service, and maintain standards
• Be a hands-on, lead-from-the-front GM who is present, engaged, and accountable

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years as a General Manager or high-level AGM ready to step up in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Proven track record of leading teams, developing managers, and driving guest loyalty
• Strong financial acumen - P&L management, labor controls, inventory, and cost management
• Experience with bar operations and scratch kitchen / seasonal menu environments
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow long-term with a private group - not a corporate chain
• Stable work history and reliable transportation to Hellertown, PA

Compensation & Benefits:
