Job Title: Hotel Assistant General Manager (floating) | Extended Stay Property

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $55k (DOE)

About Company / Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager that can travel between several local hotel properties in Indianapolis, who will ensure that we are providing a high level of quality and guest satisfaction! This Assistant General Manager is also responsible for the daily operations of the individual properties and accountable for the financial performance, physical condition, and work atmosphere of the property.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager in all the hotel operations
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met at all times
• Providing coverage and relief for properties when the General Manager is absent
• Upholding the standard operating procedures on the property

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2+ years experience in value-conscience extended stay hotel management
• Strong business acumen and a desire to learn and grow with the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on style with a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
