Great BBQ takes patience, consistency, and a crew that takes pride in every plate. We're a casual, family-friendly BBQ restaurant built on three things: great people, great food, and great service. We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who brings all three to work every day.

In this role, you'll do more than run the line. You'll set the tone for the kitchen, develop the people around you, and protect the standards that keep guests coming back. If you take pride in a clean line, a well-stocked walk-in, and a team that gets better every shift, this is your kitchen to lead.

What You'll Do

As a member of our leadership team, you'll own the back of house and make sure every shift runs with purpose.

• Manage menu inventory so product stays fresh and you never run out, balancing smart ordering with real-time demand
• Conduct thorough line checks to make sure every station is set, stocked, and ready before service begins
• Train and develop your team through hands-on coaching and teaching that builds skills and confidence
• Set the pace of the shift in the heart of the house, keeping energy high and tickets moving
• Uphold food quality and operational standards so every plate reflects the care that went into it
