We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a premier dining and entertainment destination in New York City. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests have a fun and exceptional experience. You will be part of a dynamic team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team, ensuring all employees provide top-tier service and are equipped to succeed in their roles
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and food safety guidelines, and maintain the restaurant’s high standards for cleanliness and organization
  • Analyze financial performance and contribute to budget management, including controlling labor and food costs
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and optimize guest experiences, including managing special events and promotions
  • Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory management to maintain smooth and efficient operations
  • Cultivate a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture, focused on teamwork and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and labor laws
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, entertainment-oriented or casual dining environment
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of team development and achieving operational goals
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and a positive attitude
  • Passion for guest service, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
