Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Managing Partner to oversee the operations of a high-performing quick-service restaurant. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial success. The ideal candidate is a dedicated leader with strong business acumen and a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational metrics, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence.
  • Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for team members, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement promotions, initiatives, and best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
