Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Managing Partner to oversee the operations of a high-performing quick-service restaurant. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial success. The ideal candidate is a dedicated leader with strong business acumen and a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing, engaged team.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Monitor inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards.
Analyze financial reports and operational metrics, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence.
Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for team members, fostering accountability and growth.
Collaborate with regional leadership to implement promotions, initiatives, and best practices.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Proven track record of achieving financial and operational objectives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Proficiency in restaurant management systems and financial reporting tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
