Job Title: Vice President of Operations

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee and drive the operational success of a multi-location food service brand. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in operational management, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a passion for enhancing both customer and team experiences. As the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing efficiency measures, optimizing processes, and ensuring the growth and sustainability of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence across all sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term operational goals, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Oversee supply chain management, ensuring inventory control, cost-effective purchasing, and vendor relationships are optimized.
  • Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to develop staffing strategies, improve team performance, and ensure adequate staffing levels across locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining industry-leading operational standards.
  • Drive consistent and high-quality customer experiences, resolving operational challenges that may impact service and satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, promoting innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Lead the operational integration of new locations, ensuring smooth launches and alignment with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Operations or in a similar senior management role, preferably within the foodservice or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
  • Expertise in operational efficiency, supply chain management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements and cost reductions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, P&L management, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
