We are seeking experienced and motivated Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Managers to join a dynamic hospitality team in New York City. These leadership roles are perfect for hands-on professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring outstanding guest service.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop FOH staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and daily operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints professionally, and uphold service quality.
- Implement service procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure seamless service and communication.
Back of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including staff supervision, food quality, and consistency.
- Recruit, train, and develop BOH staff while fostering a positive kitchen culture.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations while controlling food costs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Work closely with FOH management to ensure smooth coordination during service.
- Assist in menu execution, specials, and operational planning.
Qualifications (for both FOH and BOH Managers):
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume or full-service environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced operations with attention to detail and quality.
- Proven track record in operational management, staff development, and cost control.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
