Title of Position: General Manager 

Job Description: The General Manager must bring a positive attitude to work every day and set high standards for everyone around them. The General Manager will be able to delegate with enthusiasm and a “can do “attitude. We promote new ideas and fresh perspectives, where our management professionals are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table. Interpersonal skills and guest relations will be required to handle and resolve any staff or guest conflicts appropriately. The General Manager will know how to create a strong and effective team and guide them towards a common goal. The General Manager must be customer service oriented as well as have a strong ability to execute administrative procedures and financial responsibilities.

Qualifications: 

·       A minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the General Manager 

·       The General Manager must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

·       A requirement for the General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others 

·       The General Manager must be fluent in English

·       The General Manager must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Open Table and Compeat, Aloha, Excel, payroll software, timekeeping, and Word

·       The General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results and understand financial statements

·       Honesty, integrity and a love for customer service are all qualities that the General Manager should possess 

·       The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
