General Manager – Upscale, High-Volume Dining

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of a thriving upscale dining destination, celebrated for its exceptional cuisine, vibrant ambiance, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Inspire Leadership & Team Development:

 Foster a culture of excellence and hospitality by mentoring and motivating the team. Promote professional growth, recognize achievements, and cultivate talent from within the organization.

Drive Operational Excellence:

 Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations with precision and care. Consistently uphold the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Master Financial Management:

 Exhibit strong financial acumen through budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and meet financial goals.

Champion Guest Satisfaction:

 Ensure every guest interaction is warm, authentic, and memorable. Proactively address concerns with grace and use feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.

Engage with the Community:

 Serve as the face of the restaurant within the local community. Build relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations to strengthen brand loyalty and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency, developing staff, and managing financial performance.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building strong relationships at all levels.
