What You’ll Do:

Lead kitchen operations and consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Support the Head Chef in maintaining top-notch culinary standards.
Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a positive and productive kitchen culture.
Maintain efficiency during peak hours, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2–3 years in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen environment. Previous roles as a Line Cook, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor are preferred.
Culinary Training: Formal culinary education or experience under a certified or Red Seal Chef is a plus (but not mandatory).
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, adapt, and thrive under pressure while working cohesively in a team. A positive attitude and passion for hospitality are essential.
