We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy casual dining restaurant in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure consistent execution of food and beverage standards, service protocols, and cleanliness
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs to meet business goals
Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency
Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives and local store promotions
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure cost control and efficiency
Report directly to the General Manager or Area Director, providing updates on key metrics and goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual dining or high-volume establishments
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Solid understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
