Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. This role requires the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving business goals. Additionally, the General Manager will recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance to ensure profitability and adherence to company standards. The General Manager will maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations, build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance guest experiences, and analyze operational data to create reports that identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications
