Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
 Job Description:
Our Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader.  The responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests while upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should be able to follow the financial procedures, including but not limited to P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions. The person in this position must be a lead by example Restaurant Manager able to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
