Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Director of Operations to oversee multiple restaurant locations across Central Jersey. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, optimizing guest experiences, and maintaining consistent high-quality standards across all locations. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to ensure operational efficiency and a positive work culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance through strategic initiatives, marketing support, and operational improvements.
- Monitor and manage P&L statements, budgets, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Implement standard operating procedures, operational best practices, and health & safety compliance across all locations.
- Analyze operational metrics and develop action plans to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on growth strategies, new location openings, and process improvements.
- Foster a customer-first culture that emphasizes high-quality food, fast and friendly service, and memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, quick-service, or high-volume concepts.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational performance and achieving financial goals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations within Central Jersey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
