Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop, execute, and update menus with a focus on authentic and modern Italian cuisine.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management on special events, catering, and seasonal menu offerings.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and creativity across all dishes served.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and kitchen efficiency to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in Italian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory control systems is a plus.
- Passion for culinary innovation and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
