District Manager – North Jersey

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the North Jersey area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in multi-unit management, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and management teams to drive performance and uphold company standards.
Monitor and analyze sales, labor, and cost performance to maximize profitability.
Ensure consistency in guest service, product quality, and brand standards across all locations.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching.
Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, growth, and success.
Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost controls, and budgeting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned district and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
