The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, business acumen, and hospitality expertise to oversee all front- and back-of-house operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, ensure consistent guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including dining room, kitchen, bar, and catering services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through exceptional service and consistent food quality.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiencies to achieve budgetary goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with state and local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach to grow sales.
- Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for profitability and growth.
- Lead by example, providing support to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume casual dining or BBQ concept.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
