Restaurant General Manager – Cornwall, NY

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a fast-paced, full-service restaurant specializing in high-quality barbecue and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, proven management skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and a positive work culture
Monitor financial performance by analyzing P&L statements, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain product quality and cost efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry

Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze key performance indicators
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
