Title of Position: Restaurant Director of Operations
Job Description: As the Restaurant Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations. This includes but is not limited to developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, setting and achieving financial targets, creating and maintaining budgets, managing inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, recruiting and training staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, you will analyze data on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational costs to make informed decisions and continuously improve the restaurant's performance. Your day-to-day duties will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Director of Operations
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
