Location: Eatontown, NJ

A well-regarded restaurant in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills, a strong hospitality background, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house management and guest service.
Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address feedback or concerns.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of menu items.
Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage operational budgets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and special events to drive business growth.
Prepare and analyze reports on sales, labor, and performance to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in delivering excellent guest experiences and achieving operational goals.
Knowledge of restaurant management systems, POS software, and budgeting practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
