Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and management staff to maximize performance and team morale.
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly to ensure exceptional experiences.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:
