Restaurant Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a fast-casual, high-volume Mexican-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on management skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
Lead, train, and coach front- and back-of-house teams to maintain high levels of hospitality and operational excellence.
Manage staffing needs, including scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance development.
Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met, maintaining DOH compliance at all times.
Handle inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste.
Monitor financial performance, including labor, COGS, budgeting, and P&L targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Support marketing initiatives, local outreach, and community-focused efforts to drive traffic and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proven experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls.
Solid understanding of food safety practices and DOH regulations.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
