The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, P&L management, and team development. As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success, responsible for upholding our high standards, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring exceptional profitability and guest satisfaction. Job Description: As the General Manager, you will lead all daily restaurant operations, assuming full ownership of the P&L statement to drive revenue and manage costs. A key focus for the General Manager is to recruit, hire, train, and schedule a high-performing team while upholding our impeccable service standards and ensuring strict compliance with all food safety regulations. This role manages inventory, COGS, and vendor relationships, and executes local store marketing to build community engagement. The General Manager is also responsible for analyzing KPIs, providing decisive shift leadership, and maintaining all facility and equipment standards to guarantee a seamless and positive guest experience.
