Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining guest satisfaction and outstanding food quality. The Restaurant General Manager will also oversee recruiting, training and counseling the restaurant personnel. It is expected that as the Restaurant General Manager you’ll maintain a positive attitude and develop a professional team-focused atmosphere. Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills are essential to being a successful Restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager also include developing your team to grow and move forward into new positions. The Restaurant General Manager will conduct staff evaluations and ensure that all personnel are adhering to company expectations and guidelines as well as ensuring compliance with state and health department standards. Administrative and financial responsibilities such as P&L and cash control will also be maintained by the Restaurant General Manager. Routine facility maintenance and consistent equipment upkeep will be ensured by our Restaurant General Manager as well.
