Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role leads service teams, supports operational excellence, and partners with culinary and senior management to maintain high standards of hospitality, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of hourly staff
- Ensure compliance with service standards, cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow and accurate execution
- Monitor labor usage and assist with cost controls to meet operational goals
- Maintain floor presence during service, leading by example
- Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and operational reporting
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or polished-casual environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and service operations
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume dining environments
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Strong floor leadership and service recovery skills
- Detail-oriented with a calm, professional demeanor
