Title of Position: Controller

Job Description: As the Controller, you will serve as a strategic financial leader, overseeing all accounting functions and financial operations to drive organizational success. This Controller role requires a high level of precision in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring total compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and managing comprehensive budgets and forecasts. Beyond technical oversight, the Controller will collaborate closely with senior leadership to steer financial strategies and optimize operational performance across our casual dining portfolio. By leading our accounting team and aligning financial planning with our long-term goals, the Controller will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and competitive edge of our growing brand.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

CPA certification is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
