Title of Position: Food Service Manager
Job Responsibilities: The Food Service Manager oversees all food service operations, ensuring consistent quality across core offerings and seasonal items while building efficient systems for forecasting, purchasing, labor, and kitchen performance. This role focuses on enhancing both guest and staff flow, to accommodate all sales volume levels while driving exceptional customer service through training, clear expectations, and continuous improvement. The Food Service Manager monitors budgets, food cost, labor, inventory, and food safety compliance, while collaborating with other leaders to refine offerings, support marketing initiatives, and develop a strong, accountable team.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and supervisors, with the ability to coach, train, and develop staff at all levels.
