Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and brand standard execution
- Maintain high food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and labor regulations
Financial Performance
- Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Drive sales growth through local marketing, community involvement, and team engagement
- Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to improve profitability
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and team members
- Foster a positive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and teamwork
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions
- Create staff schedules that balance business needs and labor targets
Guest Experience
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness
Inventory & Supply Management
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory controls
- Minimize waste and control food and supply costs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and cost controls
- Experience in fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
